Q: How do we keep your information private?
A:  www-tax-outsource.com is started by a CPA and works for the CPAs.  We, as CPAs, understand that customer privacy and quality of work are our main concerns.  Our company server utilize SSL, US-based, Unix server similar to a bank operating system.   Our server is physically located in California and all customer data remains within US.  We do not release any client data outside of USA.

Q:  How do we maintain the quality of the work done?  
All of our staffs are trained by US certified CPAs and work full time as accountants. We have three levels of review.  Each job is verified by at least three accounting tax professionals.  We also have a special research team that concentrate on complicated tax returns.  Your final review is done here in the US by tax professionals.  We adhere to current tax laws and GAAP regulations.  99% of our customers are satisfied with our work.  However, being a diligent professional, you should still check our work before you sign.

Q: What kind of tax software do we use to prepare your tax return?

Q:  How we can help if your customer gave you a shoebox of receipts?
A: You have two options:

1. You can mail the entire shoebox to our US office.  We will give a quote for scanning all documents and processing your work.
2. You scan all the documents and upload to our server.  We will take care of the rest.

Q: Can we help you take care accounting and bookkeeping work?
A: Yes, We do provide one stop service for bookkeeping, accounting and tax return outsourcing.

Q: How do we charge for your services?
A:  Our price is very competitive and we will provide a full price list to you once you register with us.
